Mentre ne cerca uno, quello dello spettatore, ogni immagine ne realizza un altro &#8211; quello dell\u2019osservatore, che la fotografia fa coincidere grosso modo con il fotografo &#8211; e al suo interno ne istanzia altri che creano direzioni e vettori di forza lungo cui scivola l\u2019esplorazione dello spettatore &#8211; tanto per chiudere il cerchio &#8211; e che determinano tanta parte del significato dell\u2019immagine stessa. In tutto questo incrociarsi di occhiate la semiotica cerca di mettere ordine distinguendo ruoli e assegnando compiti e potenzialit\u00e0 di significato. Un apparato complesso che a Paolo Pellegrin capita spesso di sabotare ricorrendo con cruda poesia ad uno degli espedienti pi\u00f9 antichi e allo stesso tempo pi\u00f9 capaci di sorprese della storia della fotografia: il riflesso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche se a volte, come in questo caso, \u00e8 proprio l\u2019autore a farne le spese. Qui sotto gli occhi dello spettatore l\u2019osservatore svanisce, e l\u2019espressione assorta e dolcemente malinconica della bambina diventa quella di chi guarda la scena e ne determina il sentimento.
